Lucy and dogs

This may contain some spoilers, but they are probably of little consequence to the gameplay.
There is a wyvern of some sort on the upper level of the Adventurer's shop in the promenade. I think she's called Lucy? A little on the grumpy side, she doesn't seem to have any particular purpose. Is there something to do with her? Is she part of SoA or did she get installed with a mod along the way?
Secondly, what's the point of the thing with the four dogs in Nalia's castle? Seems a shame, poor things. Does anything actually happen if you don't deal with the thing in the basement?

spoiler
when u kill the dogs in nalia's castle and collect their meat u can make a dog stuw of it in the kitchen. u will need to kill all 4 dogs to complete it! when u put the pot of dogmeat in a area ad the prison in the basement u can lure the umberhulks there so they don't bother u.
u can also kill the hulks and still put the stuw in that prison to get some nice exp.

All I know is that she's always been there. I've done most quests in Athkatla, and nothing has involved her. Maybe it's a class/NPC-quest, as I still can't, for the love of God, play with someone with such a questionable sexual preference as Anomen.

I always just assumed Lucy was somebody's pet, maybe the woman who sells the spell scrolls.
I suppose it is possible, though, that the wyvern was intended as part of a quest and it was never implemented. With the exception of working for Bodhi, I have done every quest in SoA, and I've never encountered anything involving a wyvern.

What on earth is questionable about Anomen's preferences? Seemed pretty straight-forward to me last time I romanced him.
Dude:
Thanks, I knew how to solve that little quest, but it just seemed kinda pointless to me because I was expecting something ELSE down there. Didn't even occur to me to try to evade the hulks. They're too much fun in an all-out brawl. Must try that next time.
