Map wiped clean?!

Hello everyone,
I've got quite the annoying problem. I just exited Watcher's Keep and decided to go pay Sendai a visit when my map was completely wiped clean! Has anyone else already had this problem? I'm now using the cheat codes to go to different locations, but that gives quite some problems. In Amkethran I get teleported right in front of the entrance to Balthazar's stronghold. I had this problem also once in SoA, but I only had to go to Suldanessar so that wasn't a shocking problem. I think I have installed all the latest patches so I really don't know what happened. Solutions anyone???
