Asus M2N32 Deluxe SLI N590 AM2
2 BFG 7900 GTXs ???in SLI mode??? - that's the question
2 Gigs Corsair TwinX Memory 800 mhz
2.4 Ghz AMD 64 Single Core 3800

I've seen this question posted on the Nvidia SLI forums, with no response: How do I check to see that my system is actually running SLI? There's nothing to indicate it anywhere; the device manager just detects that I have two cards, I can't see a noticeable improvement in speed (which doesn't necessarily mean it's not SLI, since it could be other components bottlenecking the system), nothing in the Nview manager (or whatever the hell it is) mentions SLI mode, 3dMark just says I have two cards and doesn't say if they are in SLI mode (and there was a horrible FPS on the 3rd graphic test, like <1 frame per second); had professionals set it up for me, for what that's worth.
The MOBO manual is less than useless, the instructions for SLI from the card manuals were followed exactly (latest drivers, SLI bridge attached) - basically, does anyone know of a way to confirm that my system is running SLI. Tried SiSandra, no luck there either.

Any help is appreciated!

AFAIK there is no other way then running two nVidia cards in SLI mode; it's the very technique that makes the system work. So I'd say they are running in SLI.

Thanks, yeah, did some more digging when I got home, and there is a 'new' 3d settings panel with the current drivers that allow you to monitor SLI settings. Apparently, though, you can disable SLI through that panel and only run one card, even if the hardware setup is set for SLI.

OK, good to know.
