I need Help (SPOILERS)

I guess i kinda killed the orc at the Skingrad castle and now i cant buy my house and i cant complete the thievs guild quest
is there anyway to bring him back and i cant use cheats because when i press the ~ key nothing happens

Please keep in mind the need to put a SPOILER tag in a thread title like this, just as it says in the sticky thread at the top of the forum.
