The spectator is the funniest. It's just classic when he speaks to you.

the spectator has been the coolest char since BG2 went Gold ...

Yeah the Spectator is funny and all, but no way is he funnier than Jan in the final final battle in ToB. That story about how he became the Avatar of Bane. That is just the funniest damn story I've heard in the entire game.
