Act III Shadow thieves plot [spoiler!]

i killed Moire for Axle, and when i return to Axle i have the option to work as allies or to kill him. does anyone know how the plot will change later in the game if i decide to kill him or ally with him? do i become the head of the Shadow Thieves?
