Can't find ring of lockpicks

Hi
haven't played in awhile and I am trying to find the above ring
Any help would be muchly appreciated

IIRC, you get can one once you ally with the shadow thieves and go for some sightseeing around their guild. It's quite big. In one of the rooms you will stumble into a small discussion, and will find the ring afterwards.
