hello i was wondering if there is a way to wait i am a vmp nd its like 11.00 am and was wonering if there is a way in order to speed up the clok since i cnt go into the sun and i cant fast travel

"T" key on PC version, one of the non-game controls on 360 (Start or the other one, I don't remember).

Go into a house and hit the "back" button, and wait. or you can rest in a bed.
