Hi, All!
Carol here. I have a question about memorizing spells. I have a Druid and need her to cast some spells on the trees in Skymirror. I need her to memorize 3 level 2 spells to do this but I have not been able to figure how to memorize them and put them in the known slots. Can someone walk me through this process step by step? I know I can be somewhat stupid sometimes so bear with me, please.
Thanks for any help you all can give me.

Select Elanee and press B. That should bring up Elanee's spellbook.
The spells she knows are on the left. The spells she has memorized are on the right.
Click on spells on the left to move them to the right. Click on spells on the right to remove them from the memorized list.
Once you've picked out the spells for Elanee to memorize, rest so that she actually memorizes them.

Hiya Carol,
You're welcome for the help, and first off, it's not stupidity. Maybe you just don't have a referent that helps. My short-term memory is shot and my 12 year old keeps asking how I could forget anything about the nuts and bolts of using NWN and NWN2. It's easy, believe me.

Anyway, to get a spell memorized by any class that needs to memorize, you simply, click on the character's icon and call up the spell book. It's b on the keyboard for me. You go to the proper level you need and click on the icon of the spell you want. Right click, iirc, will enable it and left click will call up the info on the spell. There will be a whoosh sound and the spell will show up in the memorized column when you enable it. To finalize it, you need to have your character rest and then you can use it.
Remembering to add spells each time they level up is something I can forget a lot. Sigh...it's aggravating, but it helps me try to keep on my mental toes.
Have fun!

Neverwinter Nights 2
Thanks, Guys!
I finally figured it out after posting my question. It took me awhile but I finally got it. Isn't that always the way things come about? I keep learning new things every time I play these RPG games. I really love them! Hopefully, playing these games will keep my mind active, especially since I am 64 now. I guess a person is never too old to learn new things.
Thanks again for your input. I really appreciate it! Never fear, I will probably be back with other questions.

Yeah, that does seem to be the way - and when you expect something really hard and it winds up being simple. I'm 50 and I've always believed a person should learn at least one new thing every day.
