Ok there is this weird frozen door at the botom at the southern most tip of shiverinf ilses that is is actually part of a big town filled with constantly battleing ghosts. I have beaten the main story line and this door is not part of it the door just will not open I have tryed everything wondering if anyone knows of the quest for this thing and where said quest starts if there is one.

P.S. The door has big frozen chains in front of it too.
