Double Trouble - Slavering Lords

I had a rather unpleasant surprise yesterday - my paladin was feeling indignant about slavery and decided that he was just about tough enough to enter the compound and try his William Wilberforce bit. Anyhow, being an anti-slavery protester, he doesn't apologise for trespassing, but says "bring it on!" instead.
the masssas disappear up their own - shadows - and I do the usual sensible thing of sending my invisible thief to trigger the spawning of various nasties. I send summoned creatures in to cause trouble and eventually decide that the demon deserves to be taken out by hand. thief stabs for x4 (using sword of the mask which I have bought in WK) and pally whacks away with Carcinophage. back to the abyss goes matey.
bring up the party - AI off - and with thief in detect traps mode - go upstairs (left side) and when the thief de-traps the floor - nasty people attack us. too many nasty people, so we run back downstairs.
melee ensues and thanks to insect plague and the paladin's sword de-buffing casters, we get rid of most of the slavers. loot the bodies and pick up Celestial Fury, which is a good reason to wipe out slavers in itself.
go back upstairs.
the bad guys are there too! in the words of Undead Hunters everywhere - my PC says "Didn't I just kill you?"
anyhow, we are pumped up enough and adventurous enough to take them on again and waste the mofos. my pally is searching the corpses - and says "helllo, hello - what do we have here?"
it is Celestial Fury Mark II.
Now I realise that the slaver Lords party being duplicated was a bug, but if I have had to kill them twice, you can be sure I feel entitled to two Celestial Furies.
...if only it had happened to my ***** katana *** two weapon style character.
Valgyar is ** kat and * dual - I may just keep him around to increase that.
Doncha just luvvit when your weapon goes "boom" ?
