ok well i just downloaded the new shivering isles expantion to my 360, when i go on to oblivion on the main screen it says loading extra content but when i play i dont see any little blog thing pop to tell me that there is a strange door blah blah blah...(learned about it from a friend) do i have to do something to activate itor some thing. Please Help i want to play it

Sleep or wait for an hour or two

Head to the Imperial City and walk around, a rumor -should- pop up relatively soon, and also try waiting in the imperial city even for just an hour.

If not, you can always swim to the door yourself with or without the rumor, just head to bravil and swim straight out to the center area of Niben Bay (The giant lake next to bravil).

well ive waited, and ive tried finding it again what direction is it, if u could tell me that would be great, o and im a vampire which sucks, and there is a glitch in my game so i cant finish the vampire cure mission, and lateley since ive been payin i cant find barely anyone, im thinkin of download the vile lair, o and do i have to activet it somehow, because when i go to options to click downloads i cant choose it, its not highlighted

Check your quest log. Assuming you waited/slept/played at least 24 hours (in-game time, not real time) since you started the game with SI installed, you should have the "strange doorway" message. If you never got the message, the island won't be there so you can swim around the bay all day and never find it. If you were on PC I'd say try reinstalling, but on the 360 I'm not sure what you can do. Sorry.

alright well thanks anyway guys, ill check my log, if that doesnt work ill just screw around until i find it
