We are a group of people helping out the site owner and administrator Buck Satan with various administrative issues on the site, such as enforcing the forum rules he has set up, keeping threads in the proper forums and so on. Generally - doing his wishes in our spare time.
"Super Moderators", like myself and fable, are moderators who can moderate every forum on the board, and issue banning, on top of our normal moderating responsibilities.

Thank you. I was asking because it seems like no one is working on the ToEE forum. Usually, from what my feeble mind can gather, most questions regarding RPG games are answered relatively quick. Alas, after reading your answer to my query, I understand that moderators are not required to respond to members questions. This is understandable, people have lives outside of gaming, but from what I can gather the ToEE forum doesn't get many responses. Now I know there are stickys, but they are large and for someone who is new to using a computer, they wouldn't even know where to begin(just like i was 2 months ago). So I am asking can the ToEE moderators throw us a bone once in awhile?

Often the moderators of a given forum have some knowledge of the game, and thus was made moderator for the games forum. It is often how the moderator ranks increase.
However with the expanding list of game forums, it will be impossible for moderators to have all the knowledge about every aspect, or even just some knowledge of each game - we are only private people doing this in spare time to help out. There are many games on the list here at GameBanshee that I've never even played.
Thus we'll answer what we can when we can, however as almost all other forum sites, we rely heavily on "normal" user to "normal" user interaction and help. So a slow forum, might take a bit longer to get answers to ones queries then if many people frequent it, as the mass of people who knows about the game is smaller. This will usually be true for older games, whereas newer games get more attention and thus more traffic.
We can't guarantee that you get answers to your questions unfortunately (would be nifty if we could

), however nothing is lost by trying and then at the same time trying to help others back.

I've notice some threads from people who have 'banned' in their status slot. How does that happen? Really, what I'm asking is what does 'banned' mean? Got a fair idea of how one would get banned.

If you violate the forum rules which you agreed to respect when you joined GameBanshee, you get infraction points. At a certain point, a temporary ban kicks in. If the points accumulate high enough, one of the moderators or the site owner may perma-ban that member. That can take place very quickly, if the infraction generates enough points--for instance, a flaming troll, or an advertiser who just joins to post links and make sales.
