My Ranger/Cleric has an AC -7. Does Ironskins improve this or should I not bother? The alternative is Chaotic Commands, which I love, so what should I do? I have Jaheria in my party, so she has Chaotic Command, but you can`t have too many.

Iron Skins absorbs damage, it does not increase your AC. So it is useful as while you are damaging your opponent he won't be damaging you...until your Ironskins wear off that is.
