Theme-based Parties

Heya, I started thinking about the possibilities of putting together teams that are glued together by a theme. Like women only, all elves, The Justice Squad, the Maniacs, etc etc. One that I came up with was a party with all the wimps, losers and quitters of the game, getting something like this:
Larry - An alcoholic paladin with an anger management problem. He likes to steal too.
Khalid - Tends to turn y-y-yellow
Garrick - Naieve, and not very powerful...
Xan - Pessimistic, with a terrible constitution. Hurray for his moonblade
Skie - Well, she is quite spoiled and tends to break nails
And possibly for a sixth place Quayle.
Since your PC Larry is a heavy alcoholic, it is recommended to have him intoxicated at all times, even during fights. Since he is drunk so often, others will sometimes half-hearted take over the leading role, choosing almost always the wimp option in dialogues, or the least confrontational, and if a bandit asks for all your gold, he will get all your gold. When Larry leads, he'll also be very low on confrontations (out of sheer lazyness
), but also exploding sometimes in a crazy berserk when people get on his nerves. If this results in a reputation loss, then he will rather go to a church to pay off his sins than taking the effort to do sidequests as good deeds. If this results in being broke, then he will start selling the equipment of party members in order to keep buying his booze. What, like they are going to protest.:mischief:
Any more suggestions for theme parties?
