Have playstation 3 version.
when one starts it what is the best way to go.(path,character,strenth,sign,so on.)

There is no "best" way to go. Or put it this way: there are hundreds of possible configurations that are excellent, and people have posted about them in our forum. Please use search to find these--on skills, attributes, etc.
You might also want to put thread title containing your subject on your posts, in the future. They'll get looked up more often.
