iv tryed everything to get to the last glype or however u spell it. its the one that kinda looks like an F with a dot on the left side of it. Where is it and how do I get there???? HELP! Iv also looked through all the walkthroughs and cant seem to find how to get to it.

I believe its the wind jumping room and the painting room how do I get to these places?????????????????????????????
