I seem to be stuck on this quest. I am not sure if this is normal, or if there is a glitch. I have been sitting here waiting for the count and he never shows up. How long am I supposed to wait (WTF!)? I hate quests where he is involved. He is a pain in the ass. I wish I could kill him.

I know what you are talking about, although I don't know the solution. You might want to state exactly what that quest is about for others though.

This is a Mages Guild quest, entitled "Information at a Price".

I'm sorry, but I don't think there's anyway around this... you'll just have to keep waiting... do something else while you wait.

If you are in the castle, you must speak with Hal-Liurz, the reptile woman, as usual. she tells you that the count is waiting for you and that you will have to wait in the main hall until he arrives. he usually takes some time until arriving. you better check and see if visiting hours are not over. he can receive you between 8 am and 4 - 6 pm. at least the other rulers do so. i know nothing of a glitch in this part of the quest, for me it worked. the glitch came later.

Due to the "unique" nature of the count, he can be received at any time you can find Hal-Liurz. Just wait for an hour, and see if she shows up. If not, wait another hour...
