....a little bit more information would have been nice as there are certain points in the game that are buggy and prone to crashes ( i.e. Society of Leopold Quest end ). What is the state of the game, do you play the Vanilla or 1.2 offical patch or any of the unofficial patches, mods and so on. Posting your computer system can help too. Maybe you don't have enough RAM and so on....

The game crashes while loading after you get on the boat that takes you away from the Society of Leopold.
The game have worked fine before and havent crashed a single time before i reach this point. i dont know if i need some kind of patch. Havent changed anything about the game since i installed it.

What you're describing is a known issue and it's recommended that you place (at least) the official 1.2 patch to resolve this issue.

I ever encountered this similar glitch before in games like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay to name a few. Updating your audio drivers to the latest version should help alleviate this problem. As what the others had mentioned, it is best to post your computer specs so that we can narrow down the problem.

I'm getting the exact same thing.
Edit: I've found a thread with a fix, I'll try using that.
