There is an Argonian in the Market District who is the Master Trainer in Armorer. I got him to train me up 5 pts and ran off to Shivering Isles for awhile, levelled up, and came back . . . and I can't find him anywhere. Does he leave the Market District occasionally, and if so where does he hang out? I can't recall his name . . . Gul Wind or something Argonian like that.

Gin-Wulm wanders around quite a bit. If he's not at the Best Defense look around the Market and Elven Garden districts. He doesn't go too far.
