Helmet bug?

I did a search but came up with nothing. For some reason now whenever I remove my helmet or mask instead of my face a huge black default helmet is there. What the heck is this and how do I fix it? I tried loading different saves and everything. I'm not using cheats or mods?

Sorry, but that's quite funny actually. I have never heard of this happening either. Maybe try searching the bioware forums...

Picture proof! This didn't happen in the beginning of my game. I didn't really pay attention, but I think it started in Act II.

i dont know the blk helm looks better in my opinion
also could it be the armor you wear like how the wepon master gives you a helm

Yeah, try to take off that armor and see if it is still there. This sounds like a reasonable explanation, I bet that is what's happening.
I should have recalled such armors, good call Darth Spawn!
