"Ki Critical: add +2 to weapon of chocie threat range"
What does it mean?
what is the range of a great axe for example?
is that only useful withranged weapons (bows,....)?

I think it means the the range of attack rolls that produce a critical hit increases by 2. So for example, if a weapon causes critical hits on rolls of 19 or 20, it will now cause critical hits on rolls of 17,18,19 or 20.
