Is it there and I dont see it ,or is there no pause on enemy sighted? I really thought that was great in BG. Or is it a part of HOW?

There is, but I'm not sure if it is a part of HoW. I bought the game including How so I installed it right after the main game. It is the 4th option from below (in Game play -> autopause).
