Dragon Head

I recall that there was a rumor or maybe it was fact some time ago, when Baldur's Gate II was still new, I think this was before ToB but I'm not sure, it spoke of a red dragon head that lets you summon a red dragon and the only way to get it was to beat six of the game's creators. Something along those lines. I believe that someone told me that the official guide for the game also mentioned it so I was wondering if any of you have any information about it. Was it just a rumor or something more? I realize that if it was real there is probably no way of getting it as Black Isle is no more, but, yeah, I'd like to know.
