Male or female?

In my experience, you can create realistic Asiatic faces with female Redguards, perhaps not exactly Japanese, but close enough for me. If it is a male, then I would say Wood Elf, but usually they end up looking more like Native Americans.

The skin tone slider is very important for getting the right look; age is not entirely insignificant either. Then, when you are happy with the result these give, you can fine tune nose, eyes, jaw, make up etc.

Try making the eyes smaller, further apart, and moving them up a bit. Which race are you working with, by the way?
