Doesnt load at all

ok Ive went throught the clean boot and everything else and my program still wont load.
When i click on the shorcut a window pops up and then quickly closes what do i do

Hello there
Could you give some details about the kind of computer you are using? Are you using a laptop? Is your videocard compatible and do you have up to date drivers for it installed? Have you checked to make sure your computer meets all the system requirements? Are you using the Collector's Edition or an earlier version?

also are you using windows vista or xp, heard thre have been some bugs with new windows vista
