This is the first time playing out of a few where there is a racial problem. Korgan tells Aerie to leave and she does. Is there any patch which can eliminate this problem? I have never seen this in the game before.

Please put a SPOILER tag in a thread title for something like this, just as it says in the sticky thread at the top of the forum. You've just given away something choice that comes up in some games. I'll change this one, but after that, if you don't put SPOILER in the title when needed, your threads could mysteriously vanish.

As for what you describe, some party NPCs have issues with others. They don't always come up, but sometimes, they do. The way around this is to run a mod called the Happy Group Scripts, which you can download here. A variant of this can also be found in several larger mods you might look at up on The Pocket Plane Group.
