IWD II still on?

Are they still planning on coming out with IWD 2 around this xmas? A few months ago Buck posted a news thing about it and since then that is all I have heard about it. I haven't heard about a sequel on any other site either. just seems like you would be hearing about it more if another infinity engine game were coming out next month. maybe someone knows where more information about this can be found?
