Getting into demon heart plane

How do you get into the plane in the sphere to get the Demon Heart? I know how you go back out after beating up Lavok. I'm in that little room that has the demon plane in it. But there is noplace for me to click or do anything to enter so I can hunt up a demon.
Do I need a special object or something?
