After my gnome ftr/illusionist (no jokes please!) got drilled for the umpteenth time by some stupid goblins, I decided it was time to plug in a specialist mage. After solicting some advice on these very pages, I've decided to go with a Necromancer. I don't have a bard type so I need those identify spells. Right now she's pretty weak (cast your 2 spells baby, and stand back!) but she does have some nice ablility scores.

The Necromancer also gets some good spells later on in the game (if you have HoW installed )
