Force Enlightenment

When do I learn this? I don't see it as a power, and I'm a 6th level Jedi Master/15th Consular. I keep hoping I can train it when I level, since all the buffing micromanagement is wearing me down. (Yeah, I'm going all damage Dark Side next time I play
