Hi,i want to ask some people maybe who have witnessed or know why does oblivions rating say sexual content is it because you cant strip people down to bra and panties or is there more.

Yes, that and...there was a point in which there was frontal nudity in the game, in the developmental stages of course. But it was taken out before it was released to the public.

I have read about this in one of my Game Informer issues and it said that the reason it says sexual content is because of the PC topless patch that you could enable for the women. Even though the patch was player created it still opened up avenues for the game and whoever had it on PC so they had to change the rating for it.

Yeah what arok said. There is quite a bit of discussion about that mod. You can search for it on the web and it is AMAZING how hot some people got on that topic.

Not only the nudity but sexual content is still there, some female NPCs will flirt with you, you can't follow up of course, also there is a inn where only sailors can sleep and if you go into a room the innkeeper is in bed with them(just laying beside but still).
