Crash problems

I have hit the "Infinity.cpp at line number 1763.Programmer says: Demand for WED file failed." I have checked the black isle troubleshooting website and implemented all their recommendations (increase cache to 150Mb, deleting cache, temp and tempsave folders). I have even done a reinstall and patch. All to no avail. Basically whenever I tried to enter Lower Dorn's Reach I get the problem. I even went back to a previous save game but hit the same problem when I went to enter the dungeon. Any ideas?
