OK, I have the 2 shadow altar crystals and I have killed the 2 wraiths in that room where the last one was and the altar still won't activate? Can someone help me out? What do I do now?

OK, I have the 2 shadow altar crystals and I have killed the 2 wraiths in that room where the last one was and the altar still won't activate? Can someone help me out? What do I do now?

There are two pedestals at the back of the center chamber, the room with all the chests. Put the crystals on them and they should shoot beams into the floating orb in the middle of the room. Stairs will appear leading down to a shadow gate. If you have placed the crystals on the pedestals but nothing happened you'll have to reload a prieviously saved game.
