NPC add-on?

If I created an addon for IWD/HoW would people be interested? The NPC interaction wouldn't be as good as BG2, but it might add abit to the game. Is there enough interest for me to go with it or should I not waste my time?

What were you planning on Shadow? More areas? There's not much npc interaction in IWD to begin with, so I doubt people would complain about your scripting.

well yes I had planned to make new joinable NPCs...but for some reason the blasted characters won't start dialog...shadowstrider is on the case, don't fret.

A step in the right direction...NPCs can no join the party of heroes in IWD/HoW.
Problem:
You cannot leave the area with them because the game doesn't accept them as in party...Shadowstrider must return to his work...I'll keep you posted.

Problem solution found: It lies in the .gam files...Now if I can just figure out what exactly I need to change in those files we should be ready to go...
