PC Gaming Controllers

Does anyone know if Fable: TLC is compatible with a PC Controller? I'm looking a a Logitech, and I was hoping to be able to play Fable using it, as I'm sure many of you will agree, playing(especially fighting) with the keyboard is...taxing.

I find the keyboard/mouse combo better than a controller, especially for RPG type games. It's a lot easier if you play as a mage, certainly...
The manual doesn't mention anything about compatibility, although I reckon a 360 controller is your best bet in that respect.
