Where is Sablic Tan?

I'm missing the second badge from the left for opening the stairs in the area with Brother Perdiem. I saw another post referencing a guy named Saablic Tan and don't remember seeing him. Can anyone give me a clue where to find this guy so I can finish this game?

If you're talking about Krilags badge, you have to back up to Upper Dorns deep, to the barracks.More detail on location below if you want it.

When you enter the barracks head to the left. There should be a room at the top left of the screen. The entrance to the umber hulk labrynth is there. When you enter, you will be met by an umber hulk..don't attack, let it talk.
