im sorry to the mod that i just talked to. but i searched all that i could think of and nothing came up for , how to charge my goblin staff... OR any other staff in that matter...

Granted, there wasn't much on specific locations or how to recharge staves in oblivion.

However, not only are you not limited to this website, meaning google can and did find it for me just as easily as it can for you, but this is so common of a subject that you could have checked your oblivion manual and found it, checked any basic walkthrough like on gamefaqs, or, well, just about anywhere.

Guess I missed that one. I was using searches such as "Recharging" and "Recharging Staves/staffs."

I go for the simplest, knowing it'll cast the net as wide as possible. I'm surprised he didn't find it, since he said he looked. Of course, that's no guarantee of anything. Stil, one can hope.
