WEIRD WEIRD WEIRD things I just found!

I've searched the forums, i've googled to death and I seem to be the only person in the world to have come across the following:
Act III Merchant Quarter
1. After sparring with the Light of Heavens I had a bit of a mooch around when suddenly I noticed my Construct having a wee battle with Player Hater - unfortunately I did not get to see this character as it was over and done before i noticed the construct was missing.
2. Near the Tomb Of The Betrayers I found a Dead Privy Man who has on him "Timmer's Journal" - the "near insane ramblings of a man named Timmer... [about the ]... evil entity... Anuk Pile"
Anyone shed any light on this?
