Silver Key Problem (*spoilers*)

I have 29/30 silver keys. The last one is when you fight Thunder for Lady Grey but there is one problem. I finished the game and killed Thunder for the Arena Spirit to open the Golden Gate. So when I got Lady Grey's Necklace I didn't fight Thunder so I can't get the Silver Key in the pond where Thunder hits you off the Hill. Is there any other possibilty to get down there or get another silver key?
