How to restart the Mephala Quest.

Earlier in the game, I had so much going on that when I had the chance to do this quest, I declined. Bad decision, but I didn't know at the time that once a quest is declined, you don't get another chance at it.
Can someone give me a control console fix to get this quest restarted?

I'm not sure if this will work as I couldn't find a way to remove a journal entry, so having both the acceptance and rejection entries could cause problems, so make a seperate save before trying it. Please let us know the outcome.

Tried it, but it didn't work. Jounal still says I chose not to get involved. Thanks, anyway. I just read what the goodie is for completing this quest, and it's not worth it for me.
