When i killed the final assasin at the hook coast, and went back to the guildmaster to get my reward, there was no way of completing the quest! as the guild master just kept asking me if i wanted to go on to a very important quest and leave all other quests behind... i had no back-up save files so i was forced to leave this quest un-finished, and i didnt bother to see if there was a way around this and just left it behind and went on to do this "very important quest"
So Make sure As soon as you get to the hook coast that you kill the assasin and get your reward for the quest at the guild... he can be found at the bell in the northern-most part of the hook coast - if you want to finish this quest, i reccomend you do this before the game starts the last quest.
Im not exactly sure if this goes for TLC. im just giving you some advice so you dont have to be left with the same problem that i was left with!
