Ginger Swans

Lacroix wants me to find a nossy in the sewers. I followed this up by meeting isaac and he told me to meet the jumkie dude. Blah blah blah. Now i have to find ginger swans...or perhaps her corpse? It says she was an actor. any help? thanks

gates wont open
the gates to the cemetary wont open or even show as being locked. perhaps another one of my many problems?

Also... Before you head to the cemetary...
*Spoiler*
You must find out who Ginger Swan is. To do so, you can either search at a Ground 0 computer that has a database on celebrities (dead or alive) or ask Isaac Abrams about Ginger Swan. Then you should head to the cemetary and look for her grave in the masoleum.

The first person to mention Ginger Swans is actually the courier that you meet behind the pawn shop. After that, you can go ask Abrams about her.
