Help With Downloading Tes 1 Arena

I know this doesn't have much to do with morrowind but it is a TES game and i want to try it. To get right to the point. As part of Bethesda's 10th anniversary they made TES 1 Arena able to download at there website. Today I tried to download it so its pretty easy to install a game, but i have to mess around with the setup so it would run with my computer, and for some reason i cant get it to run. I'm not technical savvy so if someone could explain to me how to get it to run on my computer it would be appreciated. 
:laugh: UPDATE...Okay i got it downloaded finally.. after 7 trys. but its lagging way to much.... i read on a website somewhere of a slowdown utility.
