Warning over use of this will spoil your game.
Click on my sig CLUAConsole and read my post on Icewind Dale. It will explain how to enable this option.
Here is what you should need then...
CHEATERSDOPROSPER:CreateItem("BOOK06",);
This will give you one book to raise your Int. Use the same thing again to get another.

o yea i forgot to say something... in your CLUAConsole it said the "book06" is only in Baldur's Gate 2... I don't see anything that raise up the intelligence for Icewind Dale.. U think that why it doesn't work?

It's been a while since I tried it, but the all the books worked for me in IWD.
When you type it in and press return, does it give you any kind of message in the window?

You have it. It's the books that give you the INT.
ID the book in your invertory and put it in your quick slot. Exit out of your invertory and click your quick slot.
