Thanks to Our British Friends

This isn't about IWD specifically, but I'm sure it's on all our minds. Gruntboy, I've noticed from your posts that you live in the UK. Just let me say thanks to you and all of the British folks for standing by the good ol' US of A during this war against terror. Once again you have proven that the UK is a staunch ally and formidable companion in this troubling and often confusing world. Don't think that it goes unnoticed over here...

I've noticed a lot of British people on these forums. I hope they all run into this topic eventually. I second the thanks to our British friends. if we were in the realms I'd buy 'em some ale.

Shucks, thanks guys.
I have such a strong affiliation with the US. My countrymen went out there in the 1600's. Your countrymen taught us a thing or two about freedom and saved our lives in the last century. My brother is out there now (in NY/NJ) and this disaster was closer to me than I would have liked.
I'd give my life for the United States of America. Man, I'm almost in tears.
