Actually, it doesn't describe in the item database what the bonus "Holy Avenger" does, which is listed under the special properties of the weapon...
Not sure if it's because part of the description didn't fit to the screen.

I think it makes your weapon a +5 enchanted weapon with on hit: Dispel Magic.

It could be that it becomes keen as well, but I'm not sure about that.

Holy Avenger is a paladin-specific property, but will still make any effected weapon moderately useful, enhancing the weapon with a +2 property used for damage, attack, and overcoming damage resistance. Plus, it gives it this nifty Holy glow. In the hands of a Paladin, however, a Holy Avenger-ed weapon is turned into a whopping +5 weapon used for damage, attack, and the overcoming of damage resistance. In addition, the weapon casts a weak version of dispel on the attack AND any evil creature suffers a 1d6 of Holy Damage.
So, yeah, now you know what Holy Avenger does in its entirety.
