Ok is this how weapon finesse feat works and will this feat even be in NWN? (somebody with 3rd edition rules)

Lets say your Dex Modifier is 3 and your strength modifier is 2. When you choose Weapon Finesse feat for Rapier (will rapiers be in NWN?) you get +3 damage and to hit in addition to +2 damage and to hit from stength for a total of +5to hit and damage or does strength not count anymore? I don't have the books, I just saw this in the Character Generator Demo and was wondering because this may effect what race i play as.

I don't know if a rapier can be used in NWN, but i wanted to make my character proficient with one.

Dex bonus instead of Str bonus to attack rolls. That's it. Still only Str damage bonus.

Sucks, like most Feats.

If you want to kick ass, get the Improved Two-Weapon Fighting Feat (needs Two-Weapon Fighting, Ambidexterity and at least 9 warrior levels).
