can someone help

how can a charature use the katana of the mummlord???

it is only used by the undead???

and also where is the Drow Piwafi Cloak i cant find it???

The Mummylord Katana is usable only by Undead creatures. Therefore, unless you're a Pale-Master, the best thing you can do is sell this.

The Piwafi is more than likely a random drop, as the equipment database here doesn't mention any specific location as to where you could get it.

Not sure if the pale master actually becomes of the dead or not, it's final ability is labeled as "practically undead" which is sadly left to interpretation.

And use magic item skill would help, the DC to use the item is increased by 5 for a specific race to use it, so dunno what the DC would be but increasing your ranks could only benefit you in it's usage.
