I got chased all over creation by the creature with the Dark Pact Bracelet (Devil's Moon Quest) and finally killed the freak. However, he didn't drop a single thing. Is this a glitch, do I need to do something else? I went back to look all over but I think I now have an open ended quest entry in my log.

If you're far away from a creature when you kill it, sometimes it won't drop anything.
